6-month manufacturing warranty

Every SIJI piece is covered for 6 months from delivery against manufacturing defects, such as a stone coming loose under normal wear or a faulty clasp or setting. We'll repair it free of charge. If repair isn't possible, we'll replace it.

Not covered by the warranty

• Normal wear of plating or finish over time
• Damage from accidents, impact, chemicals, water, or improper care
• Lost stones caused by impact or misuse
• Pieces that have been repaired or resized by someone else
• Loss or theft

Lifetime support (chargeable)

For as long as you own your SIJI piece, we offer:

• Professional cleaning and polishing
• Re-plating in your original finish (Gold Plated or Vermeil)
• Stone tightening and repairs
• Resizing, where the design allows

How to make a claim

1. Email sijijewellery@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 91370 59661 with your order number and clear photos.
2. We'll review it and send you shipping instructions.
3. Once we've inspected the piece, we'll confirm whether it's covered, or send you a quote.

Shipping for warranty claims and services (both ways) is paid by the customer.
