Made to order, then sent to your door.
Production time
Every SIJI piece is crafted after you order. Production takes approximately 8–10 working days, after which your order is dispatched.
Delivery within India
- Free insured shipping on all orders within India
- Delivered within 3–7 working days of dispatch, depending on your location, through our trusted courier partners
- All prices include 3% GST. No GST is added at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery is not available. All orders are prepaid.
International delivery
- We ship to 28 countries outside India, including the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, Singapore and across Europe
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
- Delivered within 7–15 working days of dispatch
- Customs duties and import taxes are charged by the destination country and are paid by the customer.
Every package is
- Fully insured until it reaches you
- Sealed in tamper-proof packaging
- Sent with a tracking number by email
Please note
- A signature or OTP may be required on delivery.
- If a package arrives with a broken seal or damaged box, please do not accept it. If you've already accepted it, record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours.
- Delays caused by courier partners, weather, festivals or customs are outside our control, but we'll always help you follow up.
