Remember: every piece is made to order. Production takes about 8–10 working days, and then it's dispatched.
To track your order
- Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link.
- Click the link to see where your package is.
- You can also see your order status anytime by logging in to your account (top right of this site) → Orders.
Your order stages
- Order confirmed: we've received your order and payment.
- In production: our jewellers are crafting your piece (8–10 working days).
- Quality check: we inspect the stones, setting and finish.
- Dispatched: your piece is on its way, fully insured.
- Delivered: enjoy wearing it!
